Adverb Movie

I made this short movie for my ESL project and its pretty fun because we could record our voice in when the speech from the character is out but its boring when I'm making the speech for the animation to talk.

I am not really impressed with my result because I don't really like the website, its not really interesting and bad Animation inside it but its simple and can make small children understand easily.

My Banner

I chose Video camera picts, basketball,soccer, and music/Djay because I like to do those things that I put in my banner but thats just part of it. First I like soccer because I played soccer from I was young and like to watch international soccer team like Manchester United. Second I put a picture of a video camera because I liked to make short clips with friends and fun to make a video. Third I chose Djay picture because I liked to listen to the songs and find new song all the time. Fourth Basketball picture :) I played that sport all the time at school and at my home because it's good and can make me grow.
All of the pictures in my banner are part of the things that I like, I definitely like more things to do :)

Adjective Video (2NEI music video)

Here I make a short video about Adjective for people who wanted to know about Adjective.
Adjective is a word that describe noun like "Pretty,Creative,Blue", Adjective support the noun to make it details so like "Girl" and I want to know more about her so that guy said "Pretty girl" then I know that girl is pretty.

I used Korean Singer group for this video name, 2NEI(The group name). I made this video because its part of my mission in ESL :). I made this video using video editing software name, Imovie from mac. Its fun to make a video because if the result is awesome and its made by me, I'm proud of it and happy. Using laptops to edit the video is way faster than making it on poster for me.

For making this video, First I search the video for this project and second I wrote and brainstorm for the adjective that I will be using inside the video and third for the Intro, I need to explain using short sentence about what is adjective. Fourth I cut the music video that I am not using and stack them in Imovie. Fifth I continue putting the adjective that I arleady brainstorm it to the music video. Sixth, If its done and good, I import it to Garrageband and make some beats for the background music in my video. Last!, I import it to Itunes and post it on my blogspot and don't forget to write reflection on it in blogspot :)

I really enjoy making this assignment because I really like to make videos and I want to be a filmmaker. My favorite part of making a video is actually the shooting part but theres no shooting part in this video but I still like to edit the video becoming a great video(well, still improving). It's pretty easy if making a video like this but way harder making longer time video. I really know now about adjective because of making this video either.

Chinese New Year - Angpao!

I just had Chinese New year!!! Its great because we got Money!! I meant Angpao~
After we get all of the Angpao from our cousins, I put some of my money to the bank and the left overs, I put in on my wallet. I didn't get much angpao because most of my cousins is outside from Indonesia. I went to Jakarta alot because all my cousins were there and I ate dinner with my families. I went to Mulia Hotel to have dinner with my family because we're celebrating chinese new year together and my sister went to singapore in the next day. My biggest sister is trying to find work in singapore because she said that she is bored working in Melbourne, Ausie (I have 2 big sister).
I am planning to buy a camera Canon 60D and I will use my money from my Angpao but the camera cost alot and my money is not enough so I need to gather my money together and I'm gonna buy it next time.
In my dad home country, korea is having Korean New year to, their new year has the same day as the chinese so my dad gave me Angpao but sadly his cousin didn't give me any because their all in Korean and I'm in Indonesia. :(

I like making videos with friends :)

I like to make videos especially with friends because for me its very fun to make it, edit it and see the results. Sometimes i post videos in youtube so people can support me and comment. I really like to watch people in youtube's videos, they called youtubers. To be part of the Youtubers we need to have at least 1000 subscriber, they usually called "Youtube partner". Right now I am watching short clips from the other youtube to improve myself. My videos are kinda bad right now, so i am thinking a good idea to make videos, good lightings and edit the movie so people will attract with the video. My friends are supporting me because they think its fun to make videos together in the same time. For the props we usually use our things from our home so we don't waste much money. When i grow up I want to be a film maker. I will show my videos and youtube channel next time. I am making twitter so people will know when I pop my new videos in youtube. Oh yeah, and i am still learning my way of speaking and my friends inside my videos to attract people more because we wanted to make people laugh, interested of us and press the subscribe botton. :)

Part of Speech Reflection

I had learn about the meaning of Parts of speech and basic important grammar like Nouns and Adjectives. First of all the teacher thought us about what is nouns and explain it by showing us short movie from Brainpop and ask us question so we understand. There is many kinds of nouns = Proper nouns, common noun, compound noun, plural noun, singular noun, abstract noun and concrete noun. The simple way to understand more, Brainpop showing us short clip to make us understand fast. We study about adjectives to because adjective can support the noun to be specific.

Brainpop, it looks like for kids but their explaining its very detail and very simple to understand. I usually watch the movie because they have a very short clip and make us understand for only 3 minutes.

Creating Google Docs together is fun and a little annoying, because sometimes we fought about the same words inside the Google Docs. But i think, using Google doc is very useful and good to use for group work.

It would be interesting and exciting if we make a funny video explaining the Part of speech. I would teach grammar by making a quiz or ask the students to make interesting video or poster about Part of speech.
